Royal mail deliveries are treated as first class post and should be delivered on the next working day by Parcelforce although this is not a guaranteed service.
Goods can be traced via the Royal Mail Track & Trace website http://track.royalmail.com/portal/rm/track?catId=500185.
The track and trace site shows the POD once the goods are delivered but does not have real time tracking.
Please note that goods cannot be proactively chased with Royal Mail until 10 working days after they have shipped.
If a delivery is attempted while you are out a calling card will be left and you can arrange to have the goods delivered to an alternative address or collect them from your local sorting office
